What happens we you take two high school besties, a pandemic, an up-and-coming crystal business and put it all together over brunch? The start of something magical.

Artemis + Ivy is a small local online store, selling crystals and other metaphysical tools. Crystals have been sought after by humans for millennia and are now having a resurgence once again. Many millennials are turning more and more towards spirituality and new age beliefs, picking up the crystals and saging all the bad juu juu away.

I was tasked with the rather large task of taking this budding brand and launching it into the social media world. In just 2 short months, we saw our following increase by over 700 Instagram followers, received over 10K total impressions and a steady engagement rate from our loyal customers.

This ongoing COVID project has expanded my social skills, requiring me to create and shoot content, content strategy and planning, social copywriting, scheduling content as well as community management. But as Dr Suess once said, things are a never quite as scary when you’ve got a best friend.
